If you are looking specifically into alcohol and other drug (AOD) residential treatment, YETI operates the North Queensland Youth Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (NQYAODS) for youth aged 13–18. This 24/7 staffed residential rehab service is run in partnership with the Queensland Department of Health. Referrals follow the same main intake contact channels outlined above.
Programs
Yeti offers all services for youth aged 13-25, YSAS offers rehab for youth aged 13-18.
Intake, assessment and referral
Intake Assessment is through phone, in person and online. Referrals are accepted through self, family, friends, community, GP or other health professionals, esternal health and community service.
