When someone you love is affected by alcohol or other drug use, the impact extends far beyond the individual. Families often experience stress, uncertainty, conflict and isolation while trying to support someone they care about.
Stepping Stones is more than an education course—it is an opportunity to rediscover hope, build confidence and develop practical skills for the journey ahead. Many families tell us this course has transformed the way they communicate, respond to difficult situations and care for themselves while supporting someone they love.
This comprehensive four-day course provides a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where participants can connect with others who understand, gain practical knowledge and build confidence in supporting both themselves and their loved one.
