About Lives Lived Well – Logan House

In a peaceful, rural area south of Brisbane, Logan House offers a residential alcohol and drug treatment program, which is part of a continuous package of care. While staying with us in a safe and alcohol-free, drug-free and smoke-free environment, you will undertake an evidence-based, flexible program, which provides strategies to help you:

• reduce substance use
• manage life challenges
• develop goals
• learn parenting skills, if needed
• prevent relapse, towards supporting lives free from the harms of drugs or alcohol.

Our professional and qualified team is made up of psychologists, social workers, counsellors, and an on-site nurse, allowing us to offer a whole package of care.

Logan House has started accepting people who are engaged in stabilised Opioid Replacement Therapy. Contact our intake team at info@liveslivedwell.org.au for information about our ORT program.

Programs

The program is delivered over six-week cycles, with the flexibility to be extended up to three months depending on your individual recovery. You can receive support from the moment you contact us, until you are fully settled back into the community. That’s because you can access our services before, during and after your stay.

Intake, assessment and referral

Self-referral to this service is welcome along with referrals from family, community services and health professionals. All referrals into the service can be conducted over the phone or in person.

Once eligible, a further assessment will be conducted to determine if any medical treatment is required.

Additional information

Logan House does not allow parents in the program to have their children living with them. However, the program offers support for family relationships and contact with children and other immediate family members is encouraged.

Logan Family Recovery is a live in program in which children are able to live with their parents in the program.
