The Alcohol Other Drug Services (AODS) is a free service providing support and professional assistance to people having problems with alcohol, tobacco or drugs. AODS also provides support and education for families, partners and friends of those having issues with these substances. AODS is a part of the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Services and more broadly Queensland Health.
Programs
This comprehensive program provides a range of services which include:
- Counselling
- Family support
- Needle and syringe program
- Opioid treatment
Intake, assessment and referral
Open referral, anyone can make an appointment.
