Rainbow Affinity offers professional development packages to support individual practitioners and organisations provide affirming and culturally safer AOD services for LGBTIQ+SB folk who are looking to make changes to their substance use.
Jack is a proud trans man and Social Worker blending his experience within mental health and drug and alcohol sector, with his lived experience.
The affirmative practice training has been developed with an overarching aim to strengthen the capacity and confidence of staff and services who are working to develop and maintain individual practices and organisational cultures that are affirming and safer for all LGBTIQ+SB folk.
