About Lives Lived Well

Lives Lived Well is a not-for-profit organisation passionate about supporting people to live their lives well. They offer evidence-based healthcare services across Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, helping thousands of people each year with concerns related to alcohol and other drugs, mental health, veterans’ wellbeing, and gambling. All of their services are delivered professionally, and in confidence.

Programs

At Lives Lived Well Toowoomba office, they offer free alcohol and other drug counselling and support services, with specific support for young people and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

They also provide day rehabilitation program, Targeted Psychological Therapies program – a mental health service for underserviced groups and Residential Aged Care Home Group program – a mental health and wellbeing service delivered in aged care homes throughout the Darling Downs and West Moreton regions.

Phone counselling for alcohol and other drugs is available to some Queensland areas during normal office hours, Monday to Friday.

Intake, assessment and referral

You don’t need a GP referral. You can self-refer through Lives Lived Well website.

They also accept online provider referrals from other health professionals, health services, and community and government organisations.
