When you feel ready to take the next step in your recovery, we’re here for you. Our service based at Raceview in Ipswich, supports people across the West Moreton region and welcomes referrals from nearby areas, depending on readiness and bed availability. Operated by Lives Lived Well and funded by Queensland Health, it provides a 36-bed residential rehabilitation and a ten-bed withdrawal service (detox) for people aged 18 and over.
Programs
Our dedicated team of health professionals will work closely with you to:
- reduce or abstain from substance use
- manage life’s challenges
- strengthen coping strategies
- develop functional goals make more positive choices
- prevent relapse and move towards a life free from alcohol and drugs.
Intake, assessment and referral
You don’t need a GP referral. You can self-refer through Lives Lived Well website. If you have limited access to the internet or would prefer to speak to the team to request a referral, please phone the Contact Team on 1300 727 957.
They also accept online provider referrals from other health professionals, health services, and community and government organisations.
