Lives Lived Well is a not-for-profit organisation passionate about supporting people to live their lives well. They offer evidence-based healthcare services across Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, helping thousands of people each year with concerns related to alcohol and other drugs, mental health, veterans’ wellbeing, and gambling. All of their services are delivered professionally, and in confidence.
Programs
People can access free withdrawal support and day rehabilitation programs at the Pettigrew St office. The Free Withdrawal Support and Day Rehabilitation is located at Shop 18, Level 1, at Central Lakes Shopping Village, 1-21 Pettigrew Street, Caboolture, 4510.
Other services available in the region include Wunya live-in recovery at Lower King St and Veterans and Families’ Wellbeing hub at King st. The Residential Rehabilitation (Wunya) is located at 55-57 Lower King St, Caboolture 4510.
Intake, assessment and referral
You don’t need a GP referral. You can self-refer through Lives Lived Well website. If you have limited access to the internet or would prefer to speak to the team to request a referral, please phone the Contact Team on 1300 727 957.
They also accept online provider referrals from other health professionals, health services, and community and government organisations.
