Lives Lived Well provides support for people in Queensland communities who are being impacted by alcohol or drugs or issues with mental health. Lives Lived Well takes a holistic, compassionate and harm minimisation approach to help people live their lives well.
Programs
Providing community-based AOD counselling/case management and/or referral for individuals experiencing problematic substance use. Can be used as a key pathway to link clients into longer term services.
Service is provided in Bundaberg city and will offer outreach to surrounding locations including Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay and Maryborough), and North Burnett.
Intake, assessment and referral
Open referral, anyone can make an appointment.
