Lives Lived Well is a not-for-profit organisation passionate about supporting people to live their lives well. They offer evidence-based healthcare services across Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, helping thousands of people each year with concerns related to alcohol and other drugs, mental health, veterans’ wellbeing, and gambling. All of their services are delivered professionally, and in confidence.

Programs

Our program offers adults a comprehensive alcohol and other drug residential treatment program, which is part of a continuous package of care. Before and after your stay, you can access free counselling and support in the community, which helps you to stay on track with your recovery goals. While staying with us in a safe and alcohol-free, drug-free and smoke-free environment, you undertake an evidence-based rehabilitation program, which provides strategies to help you:

• reduce substance use
• manage life challenges
• develop goals
• reconnect with culture and family
• and prevent relapse, towards supporting lives free from the harms of drugs or alcohol.

Intake, assessment and referral

You don’t need a GP referral. You can self-refer through our website here. If you have limited access to the internet or would prefer to speak to us to request a referral, please phone the Contact Team on 1300 727 957.

We also accept online provider referrals from other health professionals, health services, and community and government organisations. They can also fax referrals to 07 5546 8223.

While, admission times vary, you will be advised of your arrival date and offered community support as you prepare to come and stay.
