Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that operates in Ipswich and the West Moreton region. Intake, assessment and referral

Anyone is open to make an appointment. Initial referral and intake are completed over the phone or patients can complete and submit a Patient Registration Form. The clinic is the first point of contact for clients when they come to the service for assessment and referral to other relevant services if required.
