Allied Health Practitioners and Specialists attend our Laidley Clinic regularly and work with you as part of your health care team to improve chronic illness, recovery and quality of life.

These services include, but are not limited to physiotherapy, podiatry, dietetics, psychology, psychiatry, occupational therapy, and optometry.

Intake, assessment and referral

Anyone is open to make an appointment. Initial referral and intake are completed over the phone or patients can complete and submit a Patient Registration Form. The clinic is the first point of contact for clients when they come to the service for assessment and referral to other relevant services if required.
