• practical advice on how to integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Stages of Change (SOC) tools and techniques
• key group facilitation skills
• opportunities for interactive engagement in various group experiences
• hands on practice running a group, including practice managing difficult scenarios and participants
• practical ideas to help you start a SMART Recovery group and keep your participants motivated to change
• mentoring and ongoing support from your SMART Coordinator
