SMART training is practical, engaging and key to staff development. The training provides:

- opportunities for interactive engagement in various group experiences
- hands on practice running a group, including practice managing difficult scenarios and participants
- practical ideas to help you start a SMART Recovery group and keep your participants motivated to change
- mentoring and ongoing support from your SMART Coordinator
