Since 2016, this unique program has helped family members across Victoria better understand drug use, improve communication and wellbeing, and access appropriate support networks. BreakThrough offers practical strategies and support, and provides an opportunity for family members to connect and learn from each other. With the current Covid-19 restrictions in place, we have adapted our face-to-face program to a series of online sessions via Zoom. Sessions are free and go for 1 hour.
Participants are welcome to join any or all of the sessions by registering online: https://www.breakthroughforfamilies.com/attend
Wednesday 10 June – 7-8pm: Family dynamics
Wednesday 17 June – 7-8pm: Drugs, brain and behaviour
Wednesday 24 June – 7-8pm: Boundaries and self-care
Wednesday 1 July – 7-8pm: Communication skills
BreakThrough registrants will be sent a confirmation email with information about how to join the session on Zoom.
Please share these upcoming BreakThrough sessions with families and other interested people who attend your service. More information about BreakThrough can be found here: www.breakthroughforfamilies.com
