We are a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, dispensary technicians & psychologists providing support to patients with opioid addiction via the QLD Opioid Treatment Program.

Intake, assessment and referral

Intake assessments can be done over the phone or in person. No referral necessary to access this service but self-referrals and referrals from GPs and other health professionals are welcome.
