Avive Clinic Brisbane offers a range of inpatient and day programs delivered by multidisciplinary clinical teams with a trauma-informed approach. Inpatient options include a 7-day Detox and stabilisation program, an Anxiety and Mood program, and Embody, an Australian-first program focused on the mind-body connection through interoception-led movement and emotional regulation. Day programs include Depression 180° for depressive symptoms, STRIDE for substance and alcohol-related addictions, DBT Lite as a shorter practical dialectical behaviour therapy option, THRIVE as a psychodynamic program, a Therapeutic Art Program, and two programs specifically for veterans and service personnel: the Military Service Mood and Anxiety Program and the DVA-approved Military-Related Trauma Recovery Program for those with diagnosed PTSD. All programs include structured discharge and aftercare planning.
