DESCRIPTION:QuIVAA is excited to announce the return of our Community of Practice\, now specifically designed for Team Leaders and Supervisors of AOD Peer Workers\, whether they identify as peers or oversee peer teams. \nBuilding on the incredible success of last year’s Community of Practice\, this iteration offers a safe\, welcoming\, and empowering space for peer leaders to connect\, share\, and grow. Past participants are invited to continue building on the momentum from last year\, while we warmly welcome new leaders eager to find their community. \nThis isn’t just a meeting – it’s a collaborative space where peer leaders can support one another\, develop professionally\, and explore strategies to incorporate lived and living experience into their supervisory roles. Each session provides an opportunity to address challenges\, celebrate successes\, and strengthen the peer workforce by leveraging the unique insights of those who lead it. \nRegister here
