DESCRIPTION:SMART Recovery is a strengths based\, mutual aid group program for anyone who wishes to take control of their problem behaviour (including addiction to alcohol and other drugs\, gambling\, food\, internet\, sex and others). SMART Recovery also helps with alleviating the associated distress\, such as depression\, anxiety and anger. \nThe SMART Recovery training is practical\, engaging and key for professional development.
