Free professional development for AOD workers wanting to get the most out of their clinical supervision
The Queensland Network of Alcohol and Other Drug Agencies (QNADA), in partnership with 360edge and Insight, is piloting one day training for AOD practitioners who are interested in getting more out of their current and future supervision. AOD practitioners experience a number of benefits from receiving clinical / practice supervision, as do the clients in their care. Supervision provides practitioners with an opportunity to explore complex and challenging cases, reflect on personal reactions and biases, and grow professional practice in a safe and confidential environment. This training will provide practitioners with the skills to prepare for and recieve supervision in an AOD setting.
